Klina Volleyball Club - A Story of Success and Ambition
minute to read it
The Klina volleyball club, founded in 2017, is today part of the Kosovo Volleyball Superleague B. During a visit by Drini TV, coach Sami Millaku shared his experiences with the team's training, challenges and successes, as well as ambitious plans for the future.
Preparatory training for the autumn championship, which starts on October 5-6, is underway and coach Millaku has also invited an experienced coach from Austria to help the team on its journey to success. The biggest challenge the club faces is funding, with current funds not fully covering travel and food expenses for mandatory matches.
The club is committed to promotion to Superliga A, although competition is strong in Superliga B.
Coach Millaku and the players of the team have a clear message for the young girls: volleyball is a sport that develops the body and mind, offering an excellent opportunity to represent the city with pride and pursue a sports career.
Thank you Drini TV for this visit and for the opportunity to share the history and ambitions of our club with the general public.
